All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Liverpool Coach Hire.
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the nature of the service.
Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
The remaining balance must be settled before the commencement of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations made by the client must be communicated to Liverpool Coach Hire in writing.

Changes to Bookings:
Any changes to bookings, including amendments to dates, times, or passenger numbers, must be communicated to Liverpool Coach Hire as soon as possible.
We will make every effort to accommodate changes, subject to availability and any applicable charges.
Responsibilities of the Client:
The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the itinerary, including pick-up and drop-off locations, times, and any special requirements.
The client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey and will be liable for any damage or misconduct caused by passengers.
Responsibilities of Liverpool Coach Hire:
Liverpool Coach Hire will make every effort to provide the agreed-upon service in a timely and professional manner.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as traffic delays or adverse weather conditions, Liverpool Coach Hire will not be liable for any inconvenience or additional costs incurred by the client.
Liability:
Liverpool Coach Hire will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.
Complaints:
Any complaints regarding our services should be communicated to Liverpool Coach Hire as soon as possible, preferably in writing, to allow us to address the issue promptly and effectively.
We will make every effort to resolve complaints in a fair and satisfactory manner.
Jurisdiction:
